C'est en plein centre de la Provence entre Marseille et Toulon que Annette et Norbert ont grandi et fondé leur famille.
Norbert a suivi les cours à l'école de Pâtisserie et a réussi son dîplome de Pâtissier Chocolatier Confiseur en 1981.
Avec plus de vingt cinq années de métier Norbert a acquis une expérience professionelle qu'il peut mettre au profit de son
entreprise Nougatine & Chocolat Inc.

Chocolatier in 1981. With more than twenty five years of works, Norbert acquired a professionelle experiment which

Arrivés de France en Juillet 2004, Norbert et Annette ont trés vite cherché à implanter leur entreprise Nougatine &
Chocolat dans Saint-John.
Aprés une première approche au Fundy Food en Octobre 2004, Norbert & Annette peuvent se faire une idée de leur future
Clientèle.
